Vendor Payout Policy

How it Works

   Print On Demand Marketplace distributes eligible vendor proceeds using supported payout methods according to the marketplace payout schedule.

Marketplace Fee

The applicable 10% all-in marketplace fee is deducted from qualifying completed sales before vendor proceeds are distributed.

Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds, chargebacks, customer disputes, payment reversals, marketplace adjustments, or other amounts owed by a vendor may be deducted from current or future vendor proceeds where appropriate.

Payout Holds

Payouts may be temporarily delayed when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, customer disputes, account verification, policy violations, fulfillment problems, or other marketplace risks.

Accurate Payout Information

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate payout and account information.

Print On Demand Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the vendor.
