Print On Demand Marketplace permits AI-generated and AI-assisted artwork and designs.

Vendors using artificial intelligence tools are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient commercial rights to use the resulting content on products offered for sale.

Copyright & Trademark Requirements

Vendors may not knowingly offer products containing copyrighted artwork, trademarks, logos, characters, photographs, designs, or other protected material unless they have permission or another lawful basis to use that material.

This includes unauthorized use of entertainment characters, sports-team marks, company logos, celebrity images, copyrighted artwork, and other protected intellectual property.

Publicity & Personality Rights

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the use of a person's name, photograph, likeness, voice, or other identifiable characteristics complies with applicable laws and permissions.

Seller Responsibility

The vendor remains responsible for all designs, artwork, photographs, text, and other material submitted to the marketplace, regardless of whether the content was produced manually, with AI assistance, or entirely through an AI system.

Content Removal

Print On Demand Marketplace may remove or disable listings that appear to infringe intellectual property rights, violate marketplace policies, mislead customers, or create unacceptable legal risk.

Repeat Violations

Accounts associated with serious or repeated infringement may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
